How It Works

Pizza One Rewards is our loyalty program designed to thank you for your repeat business. When you make qualifying purchases using your account, you earn Pizza One Points, which can be redeemed for rewards.

Important Details

• Pizza One Points are earned on qualifying purchases only.

• Points and rewards are typically added within 24 hours, but occasional technical delays may occur.

• Pizza One Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

• If your account is closed or deleted, any unused points or rewards are forfeited.

• We reserve the right to adjust your balance if points or rewards were incorrectly added or removed due to error or technical issues.

• Once points are converted to rewards or redeemed, all transactions are final. Refunds, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with a product or service will not reinstate points or rewards.
